Terms of Service

1. Rentals

By reserving a vehicle you agree to the terms of the Rental Agreement, including driver eligibility, insurance, mileage, fuel, and geographic-use requirements as specified at booking and pickup.

2. Payment & deposit

The rental fee is charged at booking to confirm your reservation. A separate refundable security deposit is authorized on your card at pickup and released on clean, undamaged return.

3. Cancellations

A moderate cancellation policy applies. Specific refund windows are stated in the Rental Agreement.

4. Liability

Renters are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including damage, traffic violations, and recovery costs incurred off approved routes.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your booking governs that rental.
